During his tenure here, he cultivated a solid foundation in orthopedics and surgery, setting the stage for his remarkable career.

Further honing his skills, Dr. Parihar completed his M.S. in Orthopedics at the acclaimed Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College and Sion Hospital, Mumbai. At this high-volume trauma and teaching center, he gained extensive experience in managing complex orthopedic and spine cases, working with some of the best minds in the field.

Dr. Parihar further enriched his expertise at P.D. Hinduja National Hospital and Medical Research Centre, Mumbai, under the mentorship of esteemed spine surgeons such as Dr. Samir Dalvie and Dr. Kshitij Chaudhary. This state-of-the-art facility provided him with hands-on experience in advanced spinal procedures, where he was part of a team managing over 400 spine surgeries annually, ranging from minimally invasive techniques to complex deformity corrections.

Building on this strong national foundation, Dr. Parihar pursued global training to refine his skills and adopt cutting-edge techniques:

•National University Hospital, Singapore: Clinical Spine Fellowship at this world-renowned center, mastering minimally invasive and motion-preserving techniques under the mentorship of global experts.

•Centre for Cervical Spine Deformity and Disorder, Japan: Training under the legendary Professor Kuniyoshi Abumi, specializing in cervical spine deformity correction.

•Inselspital, Bern, Switzerland: Advanced fellowship in spinal reconstructions and innovative technologies.

Dr. Parihar’s career is marked by over 1,000 spine surgeries, with expertise in degenerative conditions, deformities, infections, and trauma.
